I had a problem with Sesami. Well, I thought I was a problem. Turned out I didn’t understand how the functionality operated. The excellent team at Sesami explained things to me and then “Voilà!” I was able to set up my store’s appointment-based services the way I wanted.

App seams very good but I got some problems as both add to cart and book a appointment shows for the same item. This because shopify has the feature "add to cart" on all created products. I have however received wonderful help from Sesami support to solve this problem. Super happy about the customer support
excellent customer service and easy to use. Would like to see more features in the future but a great app so far.
Great app! Very user friendly once it's all set up. I made a video appointment with Leonardo and he was very patience to walk me through the whole set up. He's very smart and knowledgably of all the questions I had. I highly recommend Sesami app!
It works for me. I have one store and the team answer all my questions in timely manner. Recommend!!
It's amazing that this app has a free option for one team member to be able to test it in the real world. With more customization options and translations (Greek please?) it will be fantastic! I will be using it heavily as my clients will be booking their repairs through the app.
Thanks for the feedback about more customization options, it is definitely something on our minds every day (balancing features with ease of use).
For Greek translations - it's not in the works yet but thanks for your vote on it :)
Sesami is perfect for my website, I'm using it to schedule in store shopping appointments. The staff at Sesami was very helpful answering questions I had.
We just installed the app, we like it so far, had some technical issues at first but starting to figure it out.
Looked good at first sight but problems getting it working (wouldn't recognise customers when trying to add appointments via the app rather than customers booking themselves on website). Support has been difficult to raise and keep engaged on our problem.
