Sesami: Appointment Booking

The Sesami app has been fantastic for our new booking services with our shopify powered brick and mortar and ecomm store. The team at Sesami has been extremely helpful throughout the onboarding and launch process. Overall we are very happy with Sesami.

Still Learning. I don't know how to use the app yet. I think it's easy to use as soon as i get a hang of it.

I used this app to schedule my massages activity and it works well. If there is a bug the support team is amazing to support you. It would be nice if the app has a stand-alone Sesami portal to log into and work with the staff.

The website had great information on setting up the app in my Shopify account. I messed it up a little by not following one step word for word which maybe could be a little clearly warned on the page. If you stick with their script, it’s great. Also, the chat help was awesome. He guided me through till we found the problem. I think this will be a great tool for me and others I will share this with. The booking management part is easy to use as well. I can’t wait for people to start using it.

We use this app for a new startup that we just launched. I found Ehsan and his team to be very responsive with our queries. The admin interface is not intuitive, but the app actually has a lot of functionality even for complex features.

Took me quite some time to get it working with existing products - but great app for bookings :) :)

I needed an app that was able to give customers the option to automatically without double booking any times! It works! I am yet to find a glitch! Thanks for the support guys

Just installed. Loved the app and had great customer support service. Could customize it in Portuguese an set it up to Brazil.
