It has a great booking system and when help is required for set up or change, the team are straight onto it for you. Great service.
We just added this app to help with setting up Virtual fittings since our brand has moved to online only due to COVID. I'm so please with the ease of installation, integration, and set up. I ran into an issue with setting the duration and support was quick and they fixed the problem for me and also sent me a tutorial video for how to do it in the future.
I am not satisfied with the time selections. can only book on the hour, can not book on the half hour time frame. I have to cancel at the moment but I will look into again when this change is made. please keep me updated on this feature.
So far so good with this app. We've only begun to use it so will report back. However, the customer service has been excellent in getting us set up and on track. Hoping to give it a 5 star in the near future.
Great customer service and I like the principle of the app. I'd made a previous review saying "it is a little slow to load the 'select time' on the service page in question so customers have been adding the service to basket which causes extra admin to get them booked onto specific time slots but hopefully this will improve.". Aymane reached out upon reading my review to let me know they could fix this for my site and offered to implement it for me. Exceptional service!
I personally prefer calendly's design, but Sesami gets the job done with a proper integration. Sesami's back-end UX is fantastic, but its front-end is a bit boring, wouldn't cost them much to do a revamp for customer experience sake.

While we are indeed considering a new calendar type in addition to the current one, we truly love the unique one we built. It's the most neutral calendar for booking services. The closest thing to one's personal calendar. Having said that, it may not be the best choice for certain business cases.
I was served by Leonardo and had excellent service. He listens and is available to answer all my questions. I am very satisfied and the application is easy to use.
good to use as a booking app but why cant i just use it for multiple purpose like appointment and membership?
