Sesami Booking Platform

I've setup this app, it works great no problems and has great integration with both POS and online store channels but still lacks multiple reservation per a POS cart which is critical for our business.

I've used this app for a few months now and it's been a great addition to my business. Their support was also super helpful with one small problem I had, which was resolved very quickly. I would recommend this app.

Aymane was excellent! I was having issues making my calendar availability visible and in a few minutes he found the issue and resolved it for me :) All through online chat. Without his amazing customer service I would have given up altogether. It was great to have real person to offer service 24/7 :)

Had an issue at the beginning with how I set up the bookings however the customer service was amazing - prompt and supportive. I was able to resolve and fix the issue in a timely manner. Something I expected to take a while to resolve and almost gave up. Appreciate the support that comes with using Sesami!

I like the interface, and the app works better than others I have compared it to, but I wish I could schedule more than one appointment in a time slot without having to create more "team members," as our appointments are not specific to a person and I think that will confuse people. Also I wish it had the option to add additional details, such as if the person is bringing extra people along.

It helps me to book beauty sessions at the store. It is simple but powerful. It works perfectly, smooth and completely clear! IMPROVE: Refresh booked treatments when the treatments are canceled.

I used the app to add appointments and it has been amazing. Not to mention that the set up was easy compared to other apps I tried before and quitting because it was wayyy too complicated. Also Randy gave me the most amazing support, he even connected remotely to my computer to guide me through everything. I couldn't be happier with this app and the support team.

I downloaded the free plan and was really pleased with the easy setup (followed the step by step instructions). Had our first booking online within a couple days of implementation. I had one concern about updating the calendar for a specific appointment that wasn't part of our normal hours and received a quick reply with instructions on how to accomplish this.

Shopping appointments are 60 minutes(the only way to set this up to have time to clean in between. Tried 45 minute variant but that gave us no time) and are every hour, on the hour, yet someone was able to book an appointment at 3:30, thus wiping out the 3-4 and 4-5 time slot. We have limited hours due to COVID-19 restrictions and we have now lost an appointment. I need to know how to fix this issue asap. I have submitted 2 support tickets with no response. Almost 72 hours later and still no response.

Working with Mariana was awesome. She's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and PATIENT!!!! as she helped me get my website scheduler up and running. I had been struggling with it for a while, and she not only fixed the issue but also walked me through the process so I could understand it better. Her support saved me a ton of time and stress, and now everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend her services to anyone needing tech help—professional, efficient, and truly supportive! :-)
