Sesami Booking App

I use this app for booking tutors. Works great and they are always available to answer your questions!

They have got pricier over the years and as such have moved my rating to 4 stars.

I freaking love Sesami. It's made my service based business work so smoothly without so much manual labor. I'm only one woman and so when I scale my business up it's less work on me. There's always a way to do what you wish you just have to ask. The customer service reps are incredibly kind and so attentive. It doesn't take long to receive the help you need. If you're confused (like me often) just ask and I swear there's gonna be a solution.

When it comes to the service itself its so seamless and easy. I love this dang app.

Mariana was so helpful in helping me navigate Sesami and setting up some features that I needed.

I was having a tech issue and was able to get on a video chat call with a supportive team member. We resolved my issue and was extra helpful answering my questions. They went above and beyond what I expected. Very happy with this app.

We sell footwear, not services. But we're using this app for customers to make appointments to shop, one on one in a safe space, during the pandemic. It's working well for this purpose, even though it's not exactly what the app was designed for. Installation was straightforward and support was good. The appointments cost $0.00 and the customer has to click pay, a little awkward but it's working and we're happy with it.

I used this app which really helps me a lot! The integration is very simple. We got some customers scheduled appointments through our website.

We have been using Sesami for over two years now for booking on our online site. The App is amazing and very user friends for both our customers and staff to use. The help & support team for the app are very helpful and very responsive.
