Amazing customer service and the app does exactly what it says! We have been very happy with this to help navigate the covid world.
This app is very easy to use and very easy to navigate! I am enjoying using it. I will probably upgrade my plan soon! :)
I personally prefer calendly's design, but Sesami gets the job done with a proper integration. Sesami's back-end UX is fantastic, but its front-end is a bit boring, wouldn't cost them much to do a revamp for customer experience sake.

While we are indeed considering a new calendar type in addition to the current one, we truly love the unique one we built. It's the most neutral calendar for booking services. The closest thing to one's personal calendar. Having said that, it may not be the best choice for certain business cases.
I operate a busy driving school on the Gold Coast, Australia. Sesami has been an essential tool for us in providing a solution for our online booking system.
We are super happy with the level of customer support which is almost Instant.
I can fully recommend Sesami to add the functionality you need if your business relies on booking appointments.

We sell footwear, not services. But we're using this app for customers to make appointments to shop, one on one in a safe space, during the pandemic. It's working well for this purpose, even though it's not exactly what the app was designed for. Installation was straightforward and support was good. The appointments cost $0.00 and the customer has to click pay, a little awkward but it's working and we're happy with it.
I've only just started using shopify as a website builder for a new business venture. I wanted something I could use to allow my customers to book a service through the website, instead of emailing me directly for appointments. It is very straight forward to use both on the merchant and customer end. I've been using this for almost 3 months now without any issues, I would definitely recommend this to small business owners.
Aymane was excellent! I was having issues making my calendar availability visible and in a few minutes he found the issue and resolved it for me :) All through online chat. Without his amazing customer service I would have given up altogether. It was great to have real person to offer service 24/7 :)
I tried to use it but its not very flexible. I would like to have options of not choosing duration for services. like to pay for a deposit fee. s

Kinda complicated..going to faq to update availability, I’m not sure if its cause they wanted me to leave this review first and then they will let me actually get to where i am going. But since they are insisting my experience so far is very frustrating
