This App is Awesome! App is awesome... very user friendly. I recommended this application to use!!
I used the app for doctors appointments. It would be really good if you had the option of choosing the appointment after adding to cart or to just have 1 booking button that then integrates into the cart. It's confusing for the customer to have to do 2 actions
Sesami is hands down amazing. Not only do they have a superior app to what is out there, but the customer service is beyond approach. They resolved an issue I had with integration into another crucial app. It was resolved within hours. I'm so glad I found them!
TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!! Wouldn't let me give a 1 out of 5. After having been in business for 8 years, this has been the worst costumer service I have ever received. Not only did Sesami not deliver in three months what was promised to be completed in two weeks, but they also stopped responding to my emails. As a small business owner, losing revenue is a real problem. The Sesami team was completely inconsiderate of the fact that their lack of organization was costing my business money.
This app was a life saver during our Covid lock down as we were able to have private in store appointments which enabled us to generate sales. Customer service was very responsive and helped up set it up.
Poor customer service. App fails regularly and you get no assistance from customer service. Emails are never answered.
Hello there! We are currently on an email thread with you trying to fix your theme issues which originated from multiple booking apps installed at the same time. Unfortunately, installing multiple apps that have the same functionality has created theme conflicts, which is why Sesami it's not currently working on your theme. Let's work together to resolve this - as fundamentally the issue is not due to Sesami, but due to conflicting code.
Amazing service! I was having a problem to install the app; sesami support team was great. Fast! Easy! Helpfull! Love it!
I was confused as to how to set appointment time but I got help very fast. We was able to solve the problem and he showed me how to add to my menu on my website. Definitely appreciated the help and rapid response. If you have any issues call or message they will help you at no charge.
