This app is incredible and will really help me with my needs as a barber. I'm impressed with it's capabilities but even more impressed with the customer service I received. Mariana went above my expectations helping me configure my account and even gave me extra tips on how I can make my online booking run even smoother.

I was having a tech issue and was able to get on a video chat call with a supportive team member. We resolved my issue and was extra helpful answering my questions. They went above and beyond what I expected. Very happy with this app.

Sesami booking is easy to understand and the staff are really helpful. I've been working with Jeanny and she help me set up my booking preferences and was very attentive to my needs.

I now use Sesami for my sneaker customization business @fuegalab and the Sesami team has been so helpful in assisting customization requests for us. They got right on a call and made changes complimentary for us - extremely helpful. Of the other scheduling apps - I liked Sesami User interface most - and would def recommend it to other workshop creators. Thank you Sesami!!

This company prides itself on denying refunds to customers who forgot to cancel their subscriptions. Even if you warn them right after a charge they will hide behind their cancellation policy to not refund you. Shopify even honors a subscription refund so I'm not sure why they think they can do this. Also, they purposely make it impossible to cancel your subscription service unless you ask them to cancel it for you. I see that as disturbing because almost every subscription service has a cancellation option in their app settings. Please refrain from using this service as there are more honorable and reputable booking apps available. The last thing is don't be afraid to use a credit card chargeback to get your money back from this company.

I use Sesami for several of my customers. Love the app - and and amazing team! The team listens to their users and develops their bookingsystem based on their/our feedback. Love the bookingsystem now - gonna love it even more in the feature. Covers my needs!

The CX Manager Leonardo was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, this app does not fit my business. It does not allow me to set a blocked time for my classes. For example, the classes run every second Saturday for three weeks. This app will only allow those interested in attending a class to sign up and pay each week and not sign up and pay once for the series of classes. So, the stars go to the professionalism of the CX Manager who went above and beyond trying to assist.

This is the best App that you can get out here for all your bookings and they have an amazing team ready to assist you at any moment. I wanted to give a personal shot out to Mariana Corsetti for the amazing support.

Glitchy. It's fairly straightforward to set up and use and, when it's working well, it's great! But I often have customers receiving an error notice when they try to select a time... they log back in in front of me and suddenly it's working again. I have the same experience when testing it. Sometimes it works, other times I receive an error message. Very frustrating!

Customer service is at the top of my list with any company I choose to do business with. This team has been surprisingly amazing. If this app can accommodate your scheduling needs, I highly recommend them, not just for the product, but for timely, understanding, and courteous client support.

Its only free for one service and I need a free app that is free for multiple services. I haven't met any business owner who liked this app.

Update: they did call me to help me find alternate ap that would work better for my company. They are friendly and very helpful.

Is a very great booking system that i have been using for about a year. The technical team very helpful, they replied message and solved the problem so quickly.

We have used Sesami for over 3 years now. They are always adding to their offerings and their customer support is next level if you ever need a hand with anything they go above and beyond to help you solve it.

Also our clients love how easy it is to book a time spot with us, we get so many comments about how its so much easier than a lot of other options out there.

The Application Sesami is amazing you just think about any option and the option become reality.. Seems like the application have unlimited options... but more than that the support team provides an outstanding services and with just a blink of eyes your query is resolved.

Only feature I'm missing is having a way to put a maximum capacity per class. And allowing customers to book only up to that capacity.

I evaluated a number of scheduling apps and in the end Sesami had the best customer service and instructions. I'm still getting my head around the app but so far it's meets most of my needs.

We are a new startup and Sesami has worked diligently to support our unique business model. Leonardo and Mariana had been great support as customer success managers and always answers my questions/inquries. The whole team is always there to help from customer success to developer and even the founder. Really appreciate the service they are providing.

This app is working well, if you need 1 planning at the begin, the free solution is enough.
Also they've good support service if you need to contact them

The app needs to include more automated forms like acuity. For example I use consent forms for my services

Good app, very useful, does what it says it does. Would love it if I could make vary coaches available for different activities though.
