Great quick support and professional service. At first the app did not fully support the theme I had chosen but the developers quickly customised the code for my theme.
Highly recommended.
This app is very straightforward and simple use! The customer service is excellent as well, Randy was able to solve my issue quickly and provided me with a customized tutorial on how to navigate the app.
I was on board and on the $49 plan and doing fine from March 2020 through July 2020 until they stopped responding to tech support requests in August 2020 and did not answer the phone support number. I am very disappointed that the system is now really slow, it has been down due to upgrades and has many so-called features that are problematic. they used to be great and simple - but now they are pretty bad and it is now costing us too much time, money and aggravation even with our customers trying to submit bookings online
I am not interested in continuing on with this app...there are too many limitations to list. Its not worth the money. Find some other app. I too am looking elsewhere. They rolled out (2) updates and features without telling us and it broke our system flow.

What you are really requiring for your business is a fully customized system from the ground up with a developer who can take all your feature requests and implement them. While we both tried our best to make it work, sometimes you just can’t fit a square peg in a round hole.

Yes we accept the fact that our app was under maintenance (took 2 minutes) and we should do a better job in notifying merchants upfront. We’re not perfect but we try our best and we stand behind the value of our product at your subscription rate of 49$/month.
Sometimes, it just doesn’t work out. It’s okay. We wish you the very best of luck in finding the right app that suits your needs perfectly.

予約のシステムはとても便利でした。施術時間の設定は、各商品メニューページのオプションで、duringの英語しか設定ができないのと、施術時間も1hourなど英語しか設定できない、メールでのリマインダーに、場所の案内が英語しか設定できない点もありましたが、工夫することで対応は可能でした。
Best appointment booking app we found. An overview of the months in calendar would be nice instead of just day by day. Maybe intergrations with Smile Loyalty and HubSpot CRM would be an improvement

With Smile and Sesami, your customers can redeem a reward for a free service appointment, right in the Shopify POS.
For HubSpot, we have awesome merchants who do the integration to pull in customers appointments into HubSpot via Shopify > Zapier integration.

Not the most technical person so I stumbled upon a few problems/questions which were all swiftly solved by Aymane on their support team. Haven't used the app for too long but if it works as well as their customer service, then the future with Sesami seems bright!
Great app! I like it a lot for booking appointments. The only thing is that I found it difficult to block off time.
Easy to configure, like the user interfaces, the settings are suitable for booking module for any session products.
