The Sesami team is AMAZING. Any time I've run into issues, Ehsan has always gone above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue and figure out a solution. I was extremely nervous to switch from our old appointment booking platform (which we had been using for the past 9 years) to Sesami, but the incredible support from this team has put me at complete ease. They held my hand every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition and continues to offer incredible customer service as we learn the system and figure out how best to manage our workflow. I'm not new to online booking apps, and this is the best I've used so far with the features and set up. Quick customer service when I had a question.
We were looking for an easy solution to take appointments and I seem to have found it. We haven't put it into use yet, but our internal tests give me confidence. Integration was very straight forward. There was a bit of an issue with how the button integrated with my custom theme but I reached out for help and Randy fixed it immediately. Great service!

I love Sesami! It makes booking appointments super easy. I went through three other apps before finding Sesami. I'm so happy I found Sesami when I did, I was starting to have a mental meltdown with the other apps I tried to use.
On top of the app being awesome, customer support is the best! They respond quickly every time and have even added new features to their apps as a response to my requests. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
I used this app to setup a scheduling system for my Shopify service! Following the simple setup and emailing back and fourth with Sesami, I was able to get it to work exactly how I envisioned it. The UX for my customers is now superb! The one thing I'd like to see is the ability to see a full week vs just 3 days of the calendar when booking. I'm sure I will see this soon! Keep up the good work.

So far this app has been exactly what we're looking for. Simple, easy to use, intuitive, multitude ability to customize even with the lower tier subscription, and integrated with Shopify POS.

Update to my review: The app is now live in our site and everything is going quite smoothly. The Sesami team has been extremely helpful in assisting us with the Sesami Flows coding. Could not do it without their guidance. Definitely feeling like a gold client!
Great app and awesome customer support! I had some issue with it conflicting with my theme but the rep at Sesami was all over it and got the whole developer team involved to make it work.
I was having trouble on my end setting up the app and was kinda stressing out because I was getting ready to launch my service within hours. I contacted the support team and quickly recieved a call back walking me through my issues, which now I know didnt even have anything to do with the app but with my Shopify account set up. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. The app is super innovative and seamless + the assurance knowing I can reach out for help calls for this 5 star review!
Good app, very useful, does what it says it does. Would love it if I could make vary coaches available for different activities though.
