Sesami was a huge solve for us at Hydrow. By integrating scheduling and payment into our current Shopify stack, we were able to launch a new time-based product (Hydrow Personal Coaching) without disrupting our other backend fulfillment processes for physical goods, saving us literally hundreds of development hours. On the nitty gritty, Sesami's customer service is responsive and competent, and the app does exactly what it should — it's intuitive, simple, and easy for our staff to use for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations (and the flow to Shopify is seamless). Excellent product.
I downloaded the free plan and was really pleased with the easy setup (followed the step by step instructions). Had our first booking online within a couple days of implementation. I had one concern about updating the calendar for a specific appointment that wasn't part of our normal hours and received a quick reply with instructions on how to accomplish this.

It took a little work by the Sesami team to get the app installed on our very customized theme, but they were more than helpful and got everything running smoothly in only a couple of days. This app exactly met our needs and performed very well! We started as an ebike rental business only and needed to collect payment for our ebike test rides in a very user-friendly and cost-effective way, while also letting us retain our website SEO (rather than using a third-party scheduling platform). The support team was always very responsive and helpful. Our business has grown and we are now focused full-time on carrying and selling ebikes from multiple ebike brands. As such, we no longer charge for our ebike-test rides and no longer require this app. We are very thankful for the Sesami team for all of their support and highly reccomend it!!
