This app is great and the customer service is very helpful! It seems as though this is new and still has a few bugs to work out as well as new features to add in the future but it's a great solution for small businesses on a budget!
5 Star if they would give Dutch for free :)

Getting my private coaching lessons scheduled is easy and efficient. Getting started, there are a few things to look out for from my perspective. The quantity amount, if displayed on your product page will negatively effect the outcome of the booking and scheduling software provided by Sesami. There customer support is quick to help and adjust any problems which is a great help if you're trying to make a name for your business this app on Shopify can really help if you are a coach, trainer, instructor, or anyone booking for individual sessions with 1-1 clients. I do wish I could have more variation in scheduling to allow for "reoccurring Event / Multiple bookings at a time. If someone wants to book multiple 1-1 sessions, they have to go back and add each individually. If there was a feature that if they select multiple quantity, they select that many in sessions. If the quantity and # of sessions don't add up, display an error.
I evaluated a number of scheduling apps and in the end Sesami had the best customer service and instructions. I'm still getting my head around the app but so far it's meets most of my needs.

The app works really great and the emails look very nice. I wish that it was a little faster to add services and there was a little more flexibility but it works just fine with no issues.
VERY GOOD, THIS IS A WONDERFUL APP THAT SERVES ITS PURPOSE, IT WILL TAKE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF TIME TO ADJUST YOUR SELF INTO IT BUT WHEN YOU DO ITS AMAZING
I love this app! Easy to use, integrates well and helps automate all scheduling. I do wish you could set up automated emails along with the initial appointment email which is why I give 4 stars not 5.
The app needs to include more automated forms like acuity. For example I use consent forms for my services
I had a problem with Sesami. Well, I thought I was a problem. Turned out I didn’t understand how the functionality operated. The excellent team at Sesami explained things to me and then “Voilà!” I was able to set up my store’s appointment-based services the way I wanted.
App seams very good but I got some problems as both add to cart and book a appointment shows for the same item. This because shopify has the feature "add to cart" on all created products. I have however received wonderful help from Sesami support to solve this problem. Super happy about the customer support
