I tried this app but honestly wasn’t very impressed. It works sometimes, but overall it feels a bit unreliable and confusing to use. The dashboard isn’t very clear and it took me a while to figure out where everything was. I also expected the features to work more smoothly. For the price, I think there are better options available on the Shopify App Store.

We looked into your account and noticed that our app isn't enabled in your theme, and a plan hasn't been selected yet. Without a plan (we have a free option!), recordings are limited to just 10 pageviews and most features won't be available. That would definitely make the experience feel limited and confusing.

The current version is quite useless and practically impossible to use — the heatmap doesn’t load at all, and the replay only records a few seconds. Customer support mentioned that these issues will be addressed in a future release, but the exact launch date is still unknown. In short, the current version is immature and comes with multiple problems.

I’m really sorry our app didn’t work as expected on your shop. Propel Replays does record full-length sessions. What you described usually points to an app or theme conflict - possibly your geolocation redirects. If you’re open to it, we’ll get this fixed for you fast.
We’re also rolling out a major heatmaps upgrade at the end of September.

This would go down as one of the worst apps ever due to the customer support lying to me, I just got accidentally charged for 2 apps but after contacting their customer support I got refunded even though my trial period was over, I remember last week when same thing happened with this app the customer support guy lied to me that there was no refund option and made me switch to another plan with no refund option, plus once u re-installl the app your subscription would be gone

As was explained, it wasn't the end of your billing cycle yet and so Shopify did not give us the option to provide you with a refund. Instead, we credited you the app charge to remove it from your Shopify bill.
Please review Shopify's limitations on refunds here:

Specifically, limitation #1 which states that:
"You (app developers) can only refund charges that the merchant has paid for. If an app charge hasn't been paid, then you can credit the charge to remove it from the merchant's bill."
We regret that this Shopify limitation made for an unpleasant experience.

its not that good, there is alot of alternative that are better. Use that instead of this. Its not collecting all the data so its bad. Also sometimes its saying other things like somone did a atc worth of 100 pound but its actually 30 pound so the tracking system is bad

There are no free plans, all are paid with free 1-week trial. Developer should truthfully advertise their offers.

Due to this app My website shows java script error and product not open many times.I contacted My it guy he give me reason that in this app this app have bug rrweb.min.js.mao due to this bug that java scrip error come.

The error on your shop is not coming from Propel Replays. Your shop has a file called 'getData.js' from https://heatmapstorefront.z08tech.com that was generating an error 'can't access property "Status", err.response is undefined'. This appears to be a "heatmap" app. Propel Replays does not have any heatmap feature.
This heatmap app is also polluting your Javascript console with the IP and location of your visitors which is not great. Please open the Javascript console in your browser while visiting your site, and you'll see what we're referring to. We've found other issues with your shop as well that may be impacting your visitors.

No option to remove customers personal data collection. This just adds problems complying with Privacy Policy regulations. Unnecessary when you need just Heatmap & Session recording to observe customer behavior. No need to know customers' name, physical & IP address, phone and web fingerprint.
False marketing. Free Sampler membership in the Pricing's options not available after installing the app. Pageviews limit reached right from the start.

1. There is a 'Free Starter Plan' link on the plans page. We've emailed you a screenshot of this.
2. Customer phone, email and address are never captured, and Propel Replays is not active during checkout.
3. Propel Replays obfuscates form field inputs so information customers type is not visible in replays.
