Great app! Was easy to install and support right off the bat! not only is it awesome they also help boost the page and show every aspect of customer experience for a great price! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve customer experience and conversions.

Awesome app! I upgraded to the £9.99 paid version almost straight away and have already noticed some patterns that are occurring on our store which can be amended. Its pretty addictive though!
Funktioniert ohne Probleme und dauerhafter persönlicher Support ist verfügbar. Sobald es Fragen oder Probleme gibt kann man über das Dashboard den Support anschreiben und er löst das Problem in einigen Minuten. Sehr übersichtliche App.

Does exactly what its supposed to do. Such a simple responsive app. Has been a great asset so far doesn't slow down my store which is important.
so far so good. i love seeing the replays but havent had it long enough to know if its good or not. The page views seem to be going up super quickly so thats the downside if you have a free plan. Service was great and gave me extra page views.
