Great app to track how customer are moving inside your website and detect patterns to improve CRO.
Free plan is more than great for when you are starting a new business. It has many different tools like sessions recording, heatmaps and IP exclusion.
Great customer service as well.

My first UX tracking app used on shopify and I like it. I worked with hotjar, crazy orange and other on my wordpress sites and this one is very similar and provide all the option needed. I liked the free limited access which is not offered at this level on many other shopify apps

It’s fascinating to see how visitors actually use my website. A few times, I’ve watched customers struggle with a page and then been able to fix the problem. For example, I noticed people repeatedly tapping a container because they thought it was a button, so I made the whole area clickable and now visitors are successfully using it.

I’m still new to the tool, but I can already see how powerful it is. It has also revealed a lot of bot traffic visiting pages and seemingly collecting my personal information, which the tool flags as suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. I would never have known this was happening otherwise.

It is definitely a fantastic app. It enables you to discover issues your customers are experiencing—problems you never even imagined existed. I use it to identify issues whenever I make changes to my website.

I've been using it for a few days now, still figuring it out, but I find it very useful, practical, and easy to use. It has features like recording visits (which works smoothly and well), heat maps, and even surveys! (quite configurable to fit the store's design). The customer service was excellent; Tom helped me very kindly, and I'm very happy with it!

So far so good! we used another well known app for many years but it stopped working on our website so we thought it was time to see what other options are out there. Propel seems so far to do exactly what it says on the box and for a reasonable price!

It's handy being able to actually see what people are/aren't doing so we can implements the right changes in the right places. Otherwise you're just guessing why people aren't purchasing.

I love this app and use it every day. Each morning I review yesterday's session recordings to check user behavior and identify optimization opportunities for my website. The replays are clear, easy to navigate, and genuinely help me make better decisions.

Very insightful and easy to use app. Ive been able to study our visitors and discover pain points and make quick easy fixes that have drastically improves conversions & user experience. Would definitely recommend.
