Propel Replay & Session Record

The Propel Replay & Session Record app has been a fantastic tool for my business. It's extremely helpful in analyzing customer interactions and understanding how they navigate my website. Very good for recording customer behavior to see what the card value was or simply to know what the customer was doing on the website before he/she left or proceeded to the checkout. Certainly better then other recording app like LuckyOrange for example. Customer Service is also very nice altough mostly AI. All in all a very solid App that can help you diagnose and analyze customer behavior very well.

Good recording app! We changed from another recording app because it terminated the service. But this app seems to be much better. Easy to use.
It also has a survey feature, good to take a small survey.

Very good app, easy to use and really nice to be able to see the behaviour of customers on your website. Helps to see which products are popular and if any errors occur. A valued tool that I use everyday. Also for the amount of page views you get, the price is very reasonable compared to other apps.

This app has already helped me to identify pain points for my customers when they visit my website. The recording has a high fps and shows where the customers click as they navigate. It also provides a huge library of saved recording and an analytics page to see relevant data. I am currently on the free plan and it's doing everything I need it to do, and as my business grows I will continue to use this app. It's been great so far the the customer service has been excellent.

Very useful app that allows to see where customers are clicking or viewing on your site. Works a treat when used alongside Microsoft Clarity but this will be my new go to! (Also free up to a certain amount of pages so can't go wrong!)
