Excelente app, que permite monitorear el UX/UI de mi sitio web y hacer mejoras para aumentar la conversión de clientes. La aplicación es fácil de instalar y configurar.

Super easy to use and it works consistently. Plus they are still rolling out new features, like being able to identify bot traffic more easily. I'd recommend the app.

I found this app when I was looking for a cost effective screen-recording app. The screen-recording interface is intuitive and the app is reliable. Though occasionally there are screen recordings that don't log, I've experienced the exact same problem with the most famous (and most expensive) apps -- presumably that's a Shopify issue that would occur with any app. Excellent customer service!

Really great app. I can see visitor location, session duration, device type, and more. The session replays are especially helpful for understanding how people use my store. Easy to use and very useful.

This has been a game changer for understanding how shoppers move through my store. The recordings are clear, the dashboard is easy to use, and I can quickly spot where customers drop off or run into issues. I’ve already fixed a few layout problems thanks to this app.

I've been using this app for a few days upon recommendation and so far I'm very pleased with the features. It's very helpful to see what people look at and make informed decisions about what information to add and what format to use. For instance I'm noticing people on my store don't seem to use sliders and drop down menus, so some important information may get lost that could be overcoming objections.
The support service is very quick, efficient and helpful. they gave a free boost and answered my questions very quickly and clearly. Highly recommend.

One of the best apps I have on shopify. Shows me exactly where customers go and what they are looking at. Could not be happier with this app.
