Just started using this app a few weeks ago and it's much better than another app we used before. This app helps me view our store from the perspective of our customers. We can see what needed to improve on the website by replaying the sessions to see how potential customers interact with our images and copywriting.

La aplicación funciona bien, pero podría mejorar en que se pueda bloquear países, y que todo sea en una sola grabación que este cambiando cada vez que sea una página diferente en la visita entera de un cliente. El soporte es bueno, te atienden de manera amable y rápida.
