Propel Replay & Session Record

just started using it and it seems like it works really well and gives you a lot of useful information. The customer support is also great!

I use this app to help me view sessions from my customer POV. It helps me to correct any issues they may encounter on my website.

I use this app to review how customers use my site to find my products. Do they use the top menu? Do more of them use a front page visual link, are they watching the product videos or just scrolling by? Does the image on the front page consistently get a click? These are the things that I'm very interested in as well as the ease of use on my site. I can't get that info without the recording and replay. The recordings are snappy, without delay, and very informative. I'm very happy with the 40k page view pricing and feel it is very fair for the service provided. Invaluable insights made my website changes a winner!

So far good! I just installed and tried and the costumer service is responsive. It looks good as free service.

I have tried several recorder apps for shopify. This one worked the best for me :) Highly recommended!

I wish I had known about this app sooner! I can't wait to see what my customers are seeing and drill down to why and where I'm losing some of them so I can fix any issues. As a very small business, it's hard to wear all the hats, and I believe this is going to help me a lot.

I just downloaded the app and I am enjoying it so far. I like that it shows the persons location and allows IP blocking. This is only day 1 but so far so good!
