Works very well, thanks. Sessions are recorded accurately and it's giving us a very good insight into what the customers are looking for.

So far so good. I love the # of views you receive for the price, this is an amazingly great deal. Seems to work smoothly as well. However, there are a few things that could be improved like easier access to landing/exiting page (this could be put on the front page) and the next session/previous section doesn't seem to function. Overall just within a week of using the app, thumbs up.

BEST APP SO FAR AND I HAVE LOVED IT USING IT BEST OF ALL IT HAS 200 FREE SESSIONS WHICH WERE VERY USEFUL FOR ME TO CHECK THE APP.

So far this is working great, lots of options and love I can block my own IP so that I am not wasting recordings on when i am making sure things on the site are correct. I also love the detailed reports it sends

This app is gold. I was getting a lot of add-to-carts, but I'd lose a lot of people at checkout. I dug into the replays and discovered that the button to complete the order was not showing, so it was impossible for people to complete their purchase! After making the fix, the orders began to flow again. If I didn't have this app, It would have taken weeks or months to discover the problem!
