For the free trial it works pretty well, it is helpful to understand a bit better your customers interaction with you website.

Very good for recording customer behavior to see what the card value was or simply to know what the customer was doing on the website before he/she left or proceeded to the checkout. Certainly better then other recording app like LuckyOrange for example. Customer Service is also very nice altough mostly AI. All in all a very solid App that can help you diagnose and analyze customer behavior very well.

Propel Replay works great! The support I have received has been quick and very helpful. I was searching for a replay app so that I could disable Vitals and save money and that's what I will be doing now! Thanks

Highly recommend. Love you can filter different stages of the sales funnel. Like add to cart for example.
