Propel 会话回放、问卷调查、热图

L'application Propel replay est intéressante. Elle permet de voir l'évolution des visites sur la boutique au fil des jours et d'ajuster le projet. Mon entreprise ne peux se passer de cette application sur Shopify. Elle semble bien fonctionner et donner son maximum!

I used to be able to delete replays every 7 days. They changed this to every 30 days which violated the terms of my subscription - I subscribed knowing that I would be able to delete replays every 7 days and was not informed that this would change to every 30 days. So I removed the app and Installed a free replay app instead. Not sure if its a good idea to get greedy with replay views when free replay apps are available on the shopify app store.

Very useful and easy-to-use app. The session recordings provide valuable insights into customer behavior and make it much easier to understand how visitors interact with the store. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I've been using this heatmap solution to analyze customer behavior, and the visual clarity of the maps is excellent. What impressed me most is the customer support. Even though I’m currently on the free trial plan, the CS team has been remarkably responsive and helpful. I’m really looking forward to continuing with the platform.

We especially love the clear replay icons, the ability to quickly identify high-value add-to-carts, and the email notifications for large abandoned carts. My first UX tracking app used on shopify and I like it. I worked with hotjar, crazy orange and other on my wordpress sites and this one is very similar and provide all the option needed. I liked the free limited access which is not offered at this level on many other shopify apps

Propel is a great app that provides a wealth of information - customer behavior, geographic location, and order information are just a taste. Try the Free plan and you will convert to the paid plan.

It’s fascinating to see how visitors actually use my website. A few times, I’ve watched customers struggle with a page and then been able to fix the problem. For example, I noticed people repeatedly tapping a container because they thought it was a button, so I made the whole area clickable and now visitors are successfully using it.

I’m still new to the tool, but I can already see how powerful it is. It has also revealed a lot of bot traffic visiting pages and seemingly collecting my personal information, which the tool flags as suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. I would never have known this was happening otherwise.

It is definitely a fantastic app. It enables you to discover issues your customers are experiencing—problems you never even imagined existed. I use it to identify issues whenever I make changes to my website.

So far so good! we used another well known app for many years but it stopped working on our website so we thought it was time to see what other options are out there. Propel seems so far to do exactly what it says on the box and for a reasonable price!
