Customer service is really helpful. I like that I am able to see what my customers are looking at when on my website.
Easy to navigate interface while still having a lot of filter options. If you're a store with thousands or more daily visitors it's nice being able to see exactly what people are doing on certain pages, who have taken certain actions, etc... Great recording app, the best I've found!
