You get what you pay for…
Cheap and in turn poor recordings, can’t handle when customers scroll or change links or move the mouse, causes the recordings to glitch all over the place like crazy, making it impossible to detect any issues on your site that other customers may face

Thank you for sharing your experience. That's certainly not the experience we want our users to have - nor is it typical. We take recording quality very seriously, which is why over 650 other merchants have left us 5-star reviews.
We haven’t received any other reports of the scrolling or mouse-movement glitches you described, but we’d have been happy to dig in and resolve this for you if we’d known it was happening on your store.

Really enjoyed this app and found it useful. It stopped recording visitor sessions so I reached out for support. No response from the support team so I’ve had to uninstall. Shame

We could have easily fixed it by re-installing the app in the theme code. We were on holiday on Monday when you messaged so we could not get back to you quickly.
