Instantly, I began so see customer behavior and identify issues. This has been a big help and their customer service was great.

I Just completed my setup of Session Recording app. An easy quick setup. I'm happy with app tools, It really helped me to know about what traffic are doing.

The app is performing well, customer service is well traninned. All we need is more filters and a way to find the saved sessions.

We really appreciate this service, certainly reliable to learn how shoppers react to products/ services. One of the coolest features is to learn the type of the traffic, that really helps. I can't imagine that it is a free App.
