Every session now even has a well summarized session text-recording option additional to the video, which is incredibly helpful. It’s perfect for building statistics and analyzing behavior. Incredible value. This is a MUST HAVE APP for any Shopify store. Shows issues that data simply does not reveal. They are beginning to introduce AI too, which is great. Excited to see where that goes. I'd like to see a weekly or daily email with AI analysis on all the recordings with links to specific recordings and timestamps that it recommends the user watch - as watching each one manually is simply not possible.
