For a new shop it's very helpfull to see how visitors navitage through your pages, that way we can find bottlenecks en optimize our products en pages. Customer service responds quick and are very helpfull.

Propel Replay has been very helpful for checking heatmaps on our Shopify store. It helps me see what customers are clicking on and which parts of the store get the most attention. Propel Replays has been such a great tool for my Shopify store! I love being able to actually see how customers are interacting with my website instead of just looking at numbers and trying to guess what’s happening.
The replays have helped me see where customers are clicking, what they’re looking at, and where they may be getting stuck or leaving. It’s given me a much better understanding of how people are navigating my store and has helped me identify things I can improve.
As a small business owner, I’m always trying to make my website better and make the shopping experience as easy as possible for my customers, and Propel Replays has been really helpful with that!
