do not install the app is not working at all . network is down and its not working at all . waste of time

After checking our records the sessionly app was installed successfully before your de-installation and was not activated by you. Was this may be the problem?
In regards to "Network is down and not working", usually this is an internet connection problem. Our system is up and running and has been the whole time. Could this problem have been because of your provider?
We are happy to assist you further and solve this problem, but right now we don't see this review connected to any issues relating to sessionly. Our app has been tested by Shopify and our developer team properly. Nevertheless, we are always available on our chat to support clients in the onboarding should there be complications because of a customer theme or store.
