Anfangs war alles gut, aber nach und nach kam es zu Problemen. Der Support konnte mir nur wie folgt behilflich sein: bitte erstellen Sie manuell eine Rechnung.

Damit war mir nicht geholfen und die erwünschte Zeitersparnis kam auch nicht dabei raus

Ich muss dazu sagen das ich im Edelmetallhandel mit teils komplizierten Steuerlichen dingen zu kämpfen habe

The integration works well, 4 Stars! - A better documentation (video tutorial?) for the initial setup would increase my rating to 5 stars. If SevDesk works for you and you're already a customer, this integration will be perfect for you.

WHY 3 STARS?? - SevDesk not growth-ready!

Regretfully SevDesk won't grow with your company. No matter ow good the integration is: If SevDesk can't handle your order volume, don't bother trying it.

My tip: Contact SevDesk before you start using this integration and ask what monthly order volume they can handle. Maybe they have improved since my experience.

EXTRA WARNING: Terrible knowledge from SevDesk's support about the integration. They have no clue about how this integration should work and can't contact me with anyone in the team who can help with this as it's an external company that built the connector. It took me too long to get the integration working in the first place.
