Die App hat meine Erwartungen zu 100% erfüllt, ich bin sehr begeistert von der Integration von Shopify & Sevdesk. Der Preis ist durch unsere Arbeitsersparnis und den Automatisierungsgrad mehr als gerechtfertigt. Der Kundensupport hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und hat auf meine Anfragen nicht nur immer enorm schnell geantwortet sondern sogar hilfreiche Videos zur Beantwortung meiner Fragen gedreht. Mein Team und ich sind voll und ganz zufrieden und empfehlen die App weiter.

The integration works well, 4 Stars! - A better documentation (video tutorial?) for the initial setup would increase my rating to 5 stars. If SevDesk works for you and you're already a customer, this integration will be perfect for you.

WHY 3 STARS?? - SevDesk not growth-ready!

Regretfully SevDesk won't grow with your company. No matter ow good the integration is: If SevDesk can't handle your order volume, don't bother trying it.

My tip: Contact SevDesk before you start using this integration and ask what monthly order volume they can handle. Maybe they have improved since my experience.

EXTRA WARNING: Terrible knowledge from SevDesk's support about the integration. They have no clue about how this integration should work and can't contact me with anyone in the team who can help with this as it's an external company that built the connector. It took me too long to get the integration working in the first place.

Sehr gute App, Der Support ist superschnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann ich die App weiterempfehlen.

Ganz toller Support! Vielen Dank an Johannes und Alexa für die extrem hilfreichen und freundlichen Erklärungen per Video, ich bin echt beeindruckt. Wie gut ich mit der App langfristig zurechtkomme, wird sich zeigen müssen. Aber mithilfe des Supports wird sicher alles gut klappen. Danke euch und weiter so! :) Isabel

There are 3 partys involved: Shopify, Eshop Guide who is responsible for the integration and The SevDesk Web-App itself. While there was an issue with the setup of our SevDesk and SevDesk phone support wasn´t 100% supportive the Integration Team of Eshop Guide jumped onboard and was able to support us until the integration was running flawless. 5 Stars for the integration process of SevDesk.

Ich probiere die App für meine Zwecke einzubinden. Der persönliche Support ist gut. Ob Sevdesk die richtige Lösung ist, ist ein anderes Thema.
