Synchronization of order data

  • Automatic transfer of invoices and refunds into sevDesk.
  • Customer contacts are automatically created in sevDesk and assigned to invoices and refunds.

Automatic creation and sending of invoices & refunds

  • Automatic creation of sevDesk invoices for Shopify orders.
  • Ability to send invoices automatically by email
  • Differentiation of states - Invoice sending will be triggered exactly when the invoice is at least on "DUE”.

    Die App ist für uns leider nicht in Frage gekommen, da für jeden Kunden eine eigene Kundennummer erstellt wird, was unsere Auswertungen etwas unübersichtlich macht. Dennoch habe ich 5 Sterne vergeben, da ich sehr beeindruckt vom Support bin. Zu meiner Frage habe ich von Nadine Al-Sabi
    ein individuelles Video erhalten mit einer persönlichen Ansprache, weiß nicht bei welchem Unternehmen man heutzutage noch so persönlich angesprochen wird. Ich bin begeistert. :)

    Support ist 5/5, sehr detailiert mit Videoanleitungen. Die App selber läuft einwandfrei und die Entwickler haben schon vieles an Funktionalität mit eingebaut die SevDesk bis heute nicht hingekriegt hat. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar, erstrecht die kürzliche OSS implementierung die mir jetzt 10+ Stunden pro Monat an manueller Rechnungskorrektur erspart!
