Super App, super freundliche Mitarbeiter und super schnelle Antworten bei Fragen.
Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch das es sich hierbei um eine Drittanbieter App handelt - bei Fragen zu Sevdesk selbst also am besten den Sevdesk Support kontaktieren.
Wir sind ein österreichisches Unternehmen und lagern das meiste in Deutschland. Lager und Versand also in Deutschland. Sevdesk kann seit kurzem keine deutsche UID mehr hinterlegen bei Rechnungen. Völlig Sinnbefreit dieses Tool.

es tut uns leid, dass ihr negative Erfahrungen mit unserer App und sevdesk gemacht habt.
Leider haben wir als externes Entwicklerteam der sevdesk App für Shopify keinen Einfluss auf Änderungen bei sevdesk selbst, daher kann es passieren, dass Funktionen von sevdesk verändert werden die einen Einfluss auf die Rechnungserstellung haben.
Wenn ihr die deutsche UID nicht mehr bei sevdesk eintragen könnt, sodass sie nicht mehr auf jeder Rechnung erkennbar ist, könnte man dies über den Nachtext der Rechnung durch unsere App lösen.
Gerne richten wir dies gemeinsam mit euch ein, meldet euch dafür einfach bei uns im Support unter sevdesk@eshop-guide.de.

Wir nutzen die App seit über 2 Jahren und sie läuft stabil, zuverlässig und problemlos - was will man mehr? Alle Funktionen, die wir brauchen, sind vorhanden. Individuelle Einstellungen sind ausreichend möglich und in der Hilfe erklärt. Unsere Anfrage bzgl. Multishop-Fähigkeit* wurde schnell und mithilfe eines eigens aufgenommenen Screencasts komfortabel und leicht verständlich beantwortet. Top App, Top Support - weiter so!
(*Ja, mehrere Shops können mit dieser App in einem Sevdesk-Account zusammen verwaltet werden.)
