Bis jetzt übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen
Die App an sich ist für den Otto-Normalverbraucher ein wenig komplex (was sicherlich der Materie geschuldet ist) - ABER der Support von Simon vom eshop-guide ist GRANDIOS! Zwar nur per Mail erreichbar - aber die Antwort kommt zügig, logisch und nachvollziehbar - sogar mit PERSÖNLICHEM Video-Tutorial zum einfachen "Hinterher-Klicken" - bin echt begeistert! Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und habe selten so einen professionellen Support erhalten zu einem Programm. Vielen Dank!
Es ist tatsächlich sehr einfach und nahezu alles funktioniert wirklich „automatisch“. Ein großes Lob hat den Kundensupport, insbesondere an Simon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Einfach mal ein Video aufzunehmen um mir zu zeigen wie man mein Problem einfach lösen kann - war die beste Idee überhaupt. Und das ganze so, als ob man gerade mit einem guten Freund spricht. Einfach toll ! Vielen Dank.
Ich würde tatsächlich empfehlen Kundenprobleme vorrangig
