I chose Sezzle as a buy now, pay later option for my customers due to the price range of my products. I have received purchases of $600 or more and the fees dig so deeply into my profit that it makes no sense to have this as an option because after being charged almost $100 in fees my profits are going to Sezzle. Also, having to pay an additional $15 fee if I haven't received a purchase is just not fair. After Pay is much better. When I receive an order from a customer that chooses Sezzle as an option I automatically cringe due to the high fees. I will be removing Sezzle as an option. I will say, I have been hanging on due to the fact that all of my marketing materials promotes Sezzle as an option but it truly isn't working for me or the future health of my business.

Not a great experience for Merchants. Charging a $15 fee if customers aren't using the option and then having the audacity to announce a $14.99/month option to get same day payouts (which should be standard) is such a joke. I hope they go bankrupt and out of business.

COMPLETE waste of money! I'm charged $15 per month regardless to if the service is used by customers or not.
The service is definitely NOT worth $15 per month. It doesn't even work most of the time. Customer service is also horrible! They don't even seem to troubleshoot the issues. I've missed many orders because of the service not working and, still no resolution

Download their app and they charge you a hefty fee every month even if customers don't use their service. This fee that I did not know about reallyadded up after a year! Unin stall and the information remains on your website like the app was neveruninstalled! I wasn't aware of thus either and have just now contacted them requesting they they remove their information! Bad service and bad app!

Beware!! When you uninstall Sezzle from your online store and remove it as a payment method, they continue to charge you a $15 dollar fee monthly. Customer service refuses to help or offer a refund for pointless charges. Terrible. Make sure to close your account via the website so this doesn't happen to you.

Horrible service. They decline applications for no reason without reasonable explanation as to why. Do not recommend. You’d be better off using other services. Total waste of time.

I hate being forced to make a review. I am trying yo log j to my merchant dashboard snd I don’t have time to do this right now!!! and it wouldn’t let me without doing a review. So here us your review. It HORRIBLE
