The customer services is poor, i tried contact in many ways, chat, email, type all the information and after 7 days we havent answers. We are pay 9 euros per month to nothing.
Like others here, the app is stuck in syncing mode. Reached out to support multiple times (tried over a few days) but my polite messages for help have been ignored and not responded to. Good app if it is working, but the support when it stops working is non-existent.
App is extremely disappointing. I've experienced constant issues with syncing data, and the customer support response time is unacceptably long. I would not recommend it.
Seems like a really useful app, but once we installed and set it up, it didn't work and kept hitting an error. Support takes time to get a response, and so far we've been unable to use this app..
The sheet messed up my data base where are you guys it's been 5 days I m waiting for response on top Shopify is waiting from last 2 days no response the app is just uploading changes that aren't correct not even as per the sheet I had to password my shop all orders mixing up with a difrent SKu and prices less for more more for less along quantity ur app is making me leave Shopify at least sort me ...
