Like others here, the app is stuck in syncing mode. Reached out to support multiple times (tried over a few days) but my polite messages for help have been ignored and not responded to. Good app if it is working, but the support when it stops working is non-existent.
App is extremely disappointing. I've experienced constant issues with syncing data, and the customer support response time is unacceptably long. I would not recommend it.
The App crashed mid-sync. Contacted the support team and they were able to fix it.
Tech support is absolutely amazing! Everything I need this app to do was carefully thought out and a solution or formula was devised to make sure I was getting everything I needed. The price tag is a little steep for a monthly fee for an app, but these guys definitely work for their money! ❤️❤️❤️
App has been trying to sync for 3 days (8000 minutes left and increasing..). There is no option to CANCEL.
