Can you guys be more serious and fix this error while importing products? We have sent you several messages with no response: why can't we import products, yet you are charging us?
Hello, you guys should STOP FORMING THE HABIT OF LYING! YOU NEVER UP TO THIS POINT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE MESSAGES (TICKETS) THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SENT FROM OUR END. JUST DO THE BASICS AND GET YOUR APP TO WORK SEAMLESSLY, INSTEAD OF LYING ABOUT IT.
Meanwhile, what justification do you have to be charging us and taking our money when your app can't even offer the very the simple thing your it is meant for: to enable importing of goods. How will it then be of any use? Fix this at least instead of jumping in with frivolous excuses that are obviously untrue.
