I do not recommend using it as drossshipping or using the photos of your products on your website to sell these products. Since they use photos from other boutiques without their authorization and are imitating the products of other suppliers. Additionally, much of their merchandise is on Shein, which is a problem for us as boutiques, since customers can purchase these cheaper products and not buy yours, because they can purchase them on Shein and the shipping is much more economic.

I'm not happy with customer service. I've been trying for 5 days to reach out to someone. I've gotten 1 response and now no ones responding. If this is how I can expect issues to be handled, I'll have to pass on this company all together. Pricing is high and customer service is atleast for me, non existent. I'll be removing their products from our store and going with a different supplier. I could only imagine the issues I'd have with a return.

Very unhappy with customer service. I've had order pending since Thursday and been trying to get help with it but no one seems to want to help and I have been calm but all I get is don't be angry all the time I have customer waiting and I been left days with no progress to this issue so I do not recommend these at all the app from shopfiy store it doesn't seem to work the request goes though orders but shows nothing on the app and it seems to be to much effort for anyone to help.

This is a real scam. They are not real dropshipping suppliers. You can find all their products on Temu or Shein much cheaper than the prices they offer you as a professional dropshipper. You're supposed to benefit from B2B prices as a professional. But you don't. Waste of time and certainly money.

Very limited in the catagorys. also waisted 2 days now, waiting for products to list to shopify... its still acting slow, i messaged support this morning, no response. if this wasnt free, and my work wouldnt be fucked up, i would remove this app, and move on... You cant fix the generic, garbage descriptions in the app. Cant add a .99 for product prices. Talk about a great way to waist time fixing this shit if it ever gets into shopify, maby sometime this week, it will finish... I hope... This app sucks... Just find something else...
All of my products listed in my store has disappeared from my dashboard along with my orders. I have reached out numerous times in to get this fixed with no help whatsoever. The lack of communication is ridiculous and this has been a complete waste of my time.
Nobody can make money when it cost more than retail price with shipping,
please go to check out and see the shipping price if you don't believe me before wasting your time adding stuff, this isn't the only store who over price their shipping!

The cost of shipping for the products that appear when importing them is not the same when applied to a purchase. I did a test purchase, and the shipping cost doubled. This makes it difficult to have competitive prices.

I downloaded this app because I thought the clothing and cups were ADORABLE, but come to find out the app crashed and doesn't work. I spent HOURS importing items just for it to crash the next day and I lost everything. Very frustrating. I thought I had finally found our #1 dropshipping app!
