Very unhappy with customer service. I've had order pending since Thursday and been trying to get help with it but no one seems to want to help and I have been calm but all I get is don't be angry all the time I have customer waiting and I been left days with no progress to this issue so I do not recommend these at all the app from shopfiy store it doesn't seem to work the request goes though orders but shows nothing on the app and it seems to be to much effort for anyone to help.

Was very nervous to try Drop shipping but Shewin and their amazing team Mia and others have done amazing work!

I'm not happy with customer service. I've been trying for 5 days to reach out to someone. I've gotten 1 response and now no ones responding. If this is how I can expect issues to be handled, I'll have to pass on this company all together. Pricing is high and customer service is atleast for me, non existent. I'll be removing their products from our store and going with a different supplier. I could only imagine the issues I'd have with a return.

To be honest I am impressed with the shipping time frame, I do wish I could accommodate my customers with a quicker shipping option but for these products to be coming as far as they do in the time frame that it does is pretty impressive.
