Pur avendo ricontrollato qualsiasi impostazione del mio negozio , anche con l 'aiuto dell'assistenza shopify, nulla è servito. Il risultato è stato dover annullare gli ordini, perche non si sincronizzano ed, anche creandoli manualmente, non ti permettere di completare , evadere e spedire ordini. ASSISTENZA SHEWIN insesistente, su tutti i canali da loro indicati. Ordini sospesi per giorni..clienti persi. Sconsiglio, se si vuole lavorare bene da evitare assolutamente shewin

Shewin has one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever encountered.

The website/app clearly mentions that Shewin provides live chat support, and I was also assigned a personal agent, Ashley, to assist me with my orders, platform-related questions, and other issues.

I received an order on Tuesday and contacted Ashley the same day because I needed help resolving an issue with the order. However, the response I received was extremely disappointing.

On Wednesday, she sent me only one message saying, “Please connect with DS Lover,” along with a link. I clearly explained that this was not my query and that I needed help with a different issue. Since then, I have received no proper response or resolution.

It is now Thursday, and I have been waiting for two days. My messages have been seen, and I can see that the agent is coming online, yet there has been no meaningful response or attempt to resolve my issue.

This is especially frustrating because Shopify has strict timelines for fulfilling orders. I have already lost valuable time simply waiting for customer support to respond. I should not have to keep wondering when my assigned support agent will reply or whether my issue will ever be resolved.

Honestly, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. A personal account manager should actually provide support and resolve customer queries, not simply send an unrelated link and then stop responding.

I am giving Shewin 1 star because of this experience.

I sincerely request the founders, managers, and senior management at Shewin to seriously review the quality of their customer support. If an assigned personal manager is unable or unwilling to respond to customers in a timely manner, Shewin should reconsider how its support system is being managed.

Very disappointing. Very frustrating. I expected much better from Shewin.
