Very simple to setup and great for any Shopify store! Highly recommend this app if you are processing ordering with any high value contents!

easy set up
very involved with customers when theres a problem only reason not 5 stars is customer has to have paypal

When a claim is accepted, we can either reorder the product for the customer or refund them. Thank you for your input.
