I pay more to get VIP support and still cant chat normally cuz of the different time zones. App is not working for 2 days, I cannot do ANYTHING. Wrote about this issue to support, he ignored it and didn't suggest any way to solve my problem

The Product selection for Badges doesn't work properly, it puts badges on products you did not select. This is basic functionality and should not need costumer support in order to work properly.
I cannot uninstall this app. It is not like other apps. I will now have to contact customer service. What a bore.
