I found ShineOn while trying to start a home business. After researching, I loved the fact that the company is based in Tampa, Florida and that they do most of their production there. Having a distributor which is US-based is important to me. The wide variety of products, add-on selections, and customization service is excellent. After receiving a Sample Product Kit, I knew that I could use ShineOn products as products I believe in. Having seen the quality and craftsmanship firsthand, I am proud to be associated with such a fine, US-based company. The website is extensive and takes a while to go through. As I am self-taught, the numerous tutorials and videos have been very helpful. I have never had a bad experience using the Customer Service Live Chat. I will say that the Bot is not very helpful most of the time (at least for me). Some of the tutorials do not cover everything a newbie needs to know in order to properly set up the site and publish it. However, that is a small negative in the grand scheme of things. I look forward to building my business and hopefully supplementing my income.

I have had a great experience so far. Only issue is not getting clarity on how to upload my seller certificate. Have had an open ticket for weeks.

So far I am loving it. I am still learning to set up and get everything going. I did have to go in and load my photo again several times because it accidently closes out for different reasons. But other than my own computer being slow to load, Its cool. I am excited to get to selling my new product soon and creating more!

I have not used the Print on Demand yet but if it is as easy as Sine On Shop I am sure it will be great I will be doing some logo on T-shirts and Mugs coming soon

This seems to be a decent tool for adding products to my website. I gave it four stars because it seems intensive to learn how to use it and get around. It's going to take me some time to figure out how to add more products to my website with ShineOn. I also have not yet experienced their shipping service, however I've heard it is decently good.
