ShineOn is a great platform, I'm really enjoying! I'm just starting with but what I can say is that it's easy to find tools, items to work with and they teach people how to improve their skill to make their 1st sale and build they business. Thank you very much Michael for the last 3 days challenge.

I found ShineOn while trying to start a home business. After researching, I loved the fact that the company is based in Tampa, Florida and that they do most of their production there. Having a distributor which is US-based is important to me. The wide variety of products, add-on selections, and customization service is excellent. After receiving a Sample Product Kit, I knew that I could use ShineOn products as products I believe in. Having seen the quality and craftsmanship firsthand, I am proud to be associated with such a fine, US-based company. The website is extensive and takes a while to go through. As I am self-taught, the numerous tutorials and videos have been very helpful. I have never had a bad experience using the Customer Service Live Chat. I will say that the Bot is not very helpful most of the time (at least for me). Some of the tutorials do not cover everything a newbie needs to know in order to properly set up the site and publish it. However, that is a small negative in the grand scheme of things. I look forward to building my business and hopefully supplementing my income.

chat tech support is horrible. apparently, you cant order samples of metal prints and canvas prints with your artwork on them. they just wont tell you. you will be in a chat session till your kids come for thanksgiving to visit you in an Assisted Living Facility. Sad... I set up all my art there, and had to find another vendor all because I could not see and touch what I would be selling to others.

Still learning how to properly use everything that is offered but so far it is going good. The app takes a little bit to navigate to find things but there is a ton of training and support is very helpful.
