Processing and tracking claims was always a pain before working with Shipaid, but this app has offered much peace of mind. ShipAid is a MUST if you sell products that are perishable or fragile or any other shipping variable that makes losses absolutely unacceptable. I needed help installing it and adjusting settings, and their customer service is amazing! A real person responded very quickly and helped get everything exactly as I need it for my Shopify store. In my experience, actually helpful online chat customer service is a rare thing! the app is easy to use app and offers what for me is a necessary service . It's a small price for the customer and a big win for everyone.
