Amazing for package protection! I use to use nothing, until I had to refund a huge order that never made it. Then I used an app, but they made way too much $ off my sales and never help when I needed it most. This is a way to pay yourself for package protection & use that $ only when you need it! Genius! I would definitely recommend ShipAid insurance. It's really easy to set up and use. The model makes a lot of sense for us and allows us to delight our customers by replacing defrosted packages quickly and easily...without costing us. That's a win-win! Plus the customer service is amazing!
