The UI and app is super easy to use and is able to work alongside other third-party apps. My favourite thing about this app is it's pricing strategy which allows small businesses like mine to use it without charging exorbitant amounts

I would definitely recommend ShipAid insurance. It's really easy to set up and use. The model makes a lot of sense for us and allows us to delight our customers by replacing defrosted packages quickly and easily...without costing us. That's a win-win! Plus the customer service is amazing!

Everything about this app is incredible. They offer outstanding customer support, a smooth integration and easy to use portal. To top it off, our revenue has increased significantly since we get to keep 90% of the insurance fees paid by our customers.
