Amazing for package protection! I use to use nothing, until I had to refund a huge order that never made it. Then I used an app, but they made way too much $ off my sales and never help when I needed it most. This is a way to pay yourself for package protection & use that $ only when you need it! Genius! So happy!

Stefan was really helpful and informative as to why my business should use ShipAid. It helps make extra revenue and gives your customers a bit more peace of mind. The UI and app is super easy to use and is able to work alongside other third-party apps. I would definitely recommend ShipAid insurance. It's really easy to set up and use. The model makes a lot of sense for us and allows us to delight our customers by replacing defrosted packages quickly and easily...without costing us. That's a win-win! Plus the customer service is amazing!

Everything about this app is incredible. They offer outstanding customer support, a smooth integration and easy to use portal. To top it off, our revenue has increased significantly since we get to keep 90% of the insurance fees paid by our customers.
