ShipAid has been a fantastic addition, providing great support in offsetting the cost of replacements for Lost in Transit (LIT) orders. Stefan and his team have been exceptionally responsive, providing near-instant answers to any questions we’ve raised. The integration with Shopify is seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Any small adjustments I’ve needed to streamline the process for issuing replacements, ShipAid has readily accommodated.

Highly recommend their service—I wish all companies operated as smoothly and efficiently as ShipAid!

The only thing that will make ShipAid even better is once we have the integration for Gorgias, which I’ve been told is coming soon.

The app works for our site. While there have been a few minor issues, their customer service has been outstanding—always quick to respond and resolve problems. Overall, it's a solid app.

ShipAid has proven to be a win-win for our customers and our business. We're able to offer a hassle-free delivery guarantee to all of our customers and it is funded by the revenue generated by ShipAid.

Stefan has been extremely helpful in getting everything set up on our site and he continues to check in to make sure everything is working as we'd like. We had a few custom requests up front and the ShipAid team was more than accommodating.
