Ship&co is super useful and caters to all our store's needs! The customer support is also very quick, friendly, and reliable, and always answer to our concerns no matter how large or small.

The only issues I have with the app are only minor set backs, and not anything that disrupts our operations too much. There is only one page of orders readily available on the top page, and any orders that would be on the 2nd page (or later) would have to be looked up manually via order number. Also, on Shopify the option to "Ship it with Ship&co" only automatically loads that order's page if the order can be found on the aforementioned top page of orders. If the order is located on the 2nd page or later, the order would have to be manually looked up.

But despite those two set backs, Ship&co works wonderfully, and saves us on hours of work which we would have to handwrite each label. We look forward to working with and using Ship&co for a long time.

With it's seamless integration with shopify and the forwarders api, it make B2C worldwide shipping a breeze. I would recommand it anytime.

サポートが早い。質問をすると割合早く連絡が来るので、安心感があります。
また、問題解決の方法の提示が分かり易いです。何度か連絡していますが、やり取りに関してサポート不足であったことはありません。丁寧にご教授いただいています。

困ったことに対してのリスポンスが大変早く、丁寧に説明をくださり助かりました。
画面の解読に少し時間がかかりますが、慣れたら理解できるようになりました。まだ、国内配送しか経験しておりませんが、越境配送になっても心強いアプリです。

I recently moved to Japan to start my own business and have been using Ship&Co for about 4 months now. So far, it's been a HUGE help getting me started as I'm able to easily print out shipping labels super quick, which saves me a TON of time.

They're also really good about listening to feedback and fixing issues. There's a few times where I encountered some small bugs and/or problems and they did a good job of resolving them quick.

自動の送料設定などもっと簡単にできるといいな、と思いましたがそれはワガママかも知れません。
