EC店舗の設定周りで、解決できない問題があったのですが、サポートチームの方のレスポンスが早く大変、すぐに解決することができました。 アプリとしては、Shopifyへの連携も非常にスムーズに進み、使いやすく、満足しております。


まだ本番利用開始前の段階ですが、ヘルプデスクの対応が早いこと、ヘルプが充実していること、さらに動画でのマニュアルもあるので大変わかりやすいです。 操作、挙動においてもテスト段階で問題は一切なく満足しています。
